Etsy Made Local Hobart is looking for 100 amazing handmade artists to showcase Tasmanian Made in our Etsy Made Local Mega Online Christmas Market on 21-22 November 2020!
Participate in a huge market without the risk of leaving your home and harness the buying power of customers who can't or don't want to go out to physical markets.
Who is this market for?
This market is for Tasmanian handmade artists who have a unique product and are willing to promote the market on social media and learn new methods to attract new customers. This is a virtual market like no other market you have ever participated in.
Who is this market not for?
This market is not for vendors who don't want to promote the market or who expect others to do all the work bringing in customers. Its also not for vendors who whinge or whine or who can't use social media or the video option on their phone or iPad. Its also not for vendors who can't get information in on time.

How do I apply?
- You will need to fill in an application form
- You will need to provide 3 clear product images + an image of your stall set up
- You will need to pay an application fee which if accepted will become your stall fee (if not accepted it will be refunded)

What is expected of me?
- You must agree to promotes the market as directed on your social media and in groups
- You must provide a video of your products (we will teach you what to do)
- You must supply other information as required
- You must be available to participate over the market weekend

What if I don't know what to do?
- No need to worry we will help you every step of the way
- We will have training sessions to help you make the most of the market and bring in more sales
- We have a special Facebook group to support you through the entire process

How much does it cost?
- The application/registration fee is $47 and goes towards promotion and of course our time in preparing and running the market
- You will also be expected to provide a voucher or product for a prize

What information will you need?
If you are accepted we will need the following information:
- Information about your products and business
- Product images & prices
- A video of your products
- A head shot & logo if you have one

When do applications close
Applications will close when we have filled all the spots so could close at any time. Therefore it would be prudent to get your applications in early!

The market was really well organised and ran very smoothly.
